Door creaking can be created by canopies or door leaf on the box of the opening. Every day he annoys you, but to gather strength and see what is the matter, there is never time. But to eliminate these unpleasant sounds helps ordinary grease hinges or straightening the end of the door.
You will need
- - grease based on solid oil (lard or fat is suitable);
- - stylus from a simple pencil;

Place an ax or tear under the door leaf. To do this, open the door so that it does not catch on the box when moving up. Slide the ax under the corner of the door, which is on the side of the awnings, taking into account that when lifting the ax you have to lift the door leaf. While holding the door, remove it from the hinges and set it so that it does not interfere with the passage.

Pay attention to the awnings. They have stocks on the door leaf, and recesses on the box. Lubricate the canopy rods with grease, grease or lard. Add some grease to the recesses on the awnings that are mounted on the box. You can also put a piece of lead from a simple pencil.

Slide the door over the awnings using an ax or tear. Remove excess grease with a rag.

If the creak has passed, but the voltage remains when opening the door, then the hinges are not installed correctly. Correct this shortcoming as follows: take a screwdriver and unscrew the screws from each part of the canopies, leaving one at a time. When the canopies hang unsecured, they are aligned as they prefer. Make sure that the door closes and opens without loading. Do not forget that the door is not subject to excessive physical exertion. Mark the position of the canopies and fix them with screws in a new position.

If you can’t get rid of the creak of doors, and the sounds supposedly come from the friction of the door leaf against the box, straighten the box. To do this, take a clerical carbon paper and put it in the place where the door is supposedly rubbing. Close the doors tightly and open immediately. Remove the carbon copy and see where it left a mark.

If the trace from the carbon paper takes up a small area, then take a hammer and take a wooden box in these places.

After the straightening procedure, put the carbon copy on the box again and close the doors. If there is no trace of carbon paper, it means that you have successfully aligned the box. Otherwise, use a plane and carefully peel the excess layer from the box.
