Children love to play soft toys. They do not part with them. How to clean them so that your favorite toy does not cause infection?
There are several ways to clean.
1. Dry clean. Put 2-3 toys in a plastic bag and add half a glass of soda. Close the bag and shake it for a minute. Remove the toys and clean them with a soft brush. This method is well suited for small toys.
2. Vacuum cleaner. Vacuum the toys with a simple or washing vacuum cleaner. But it is worth remembering that the vacuum cleaner will not clean the toy thicker than 15 cm.
3. Hand wash. Hand wash is designed for toys stuffed with sawdust or with glued parts.
Dissolve the shampoo in water. Dampen a soft brush or sponge with it and carefully clean the toy. Try not to get it wet. Dry the toy on batteries.
4. Car wash. If the toy label is allowed to use machine wash, then wash it in delicate mode at a temperature of 30 degrees. But it is worth remembering that toys can be deformed during washing. Dry them in limbo.
5. Dry cleaning. Use dry cleaning as a last resort. Used chemical solvents can cause allergies in the baby.
6. The cold. If the toy has not been cleaned for many years, then there probably are ticks. Leave the toy in the refrigerator overnight. The cold will kill the ticks.
Remember to clean your plush friends every 2 weeks. This will protect your child.
