The fur coat from beaver fur is very warm, durable, worn for at least 18 seasons, is not afraid of moisture, when wet it becomes more fluffy and beautiful. In the trade, several variants of fur are presented - sheared, full-haired and plucked. Also, products have different colors from pure white to rich black. Any fur after the season of socks needs cleaning and care.

To clean the beaver's sheared fur, dry the product in the shade under a canopy for a day. Knock the fur with a twig. Put on a flat surface, sprinkle with warm clean river sand, clean with your palm across the coat. Also, across the coat, clean the plucked fur.

Clean the full-haired fur in exactly the same way, but run your palm along the coat.

Instead of sand, use bran or semolina to clean the beaver's fur. Preheat bran or semolina, sprinkle fur, and clean in the same way as using sand. After you have cleaned the fur, shake the product, place it under a canopy, dry it for 24 hours, place it in a storage bag, add anti-moth product in the bag, fasten the zipper, but not tightly to let the air in, put it in a cupboard or in dressing room for storage.

If the collar and cuffs are very dirty on the fur coat or if there are greasy stains, clean them with a cotton pad moistened with medical alcohol. Change the disc several times, each time moisten it with plenty of alcohol until all contaminants are cleaned.

In addition to this method, use a mixture of ammonia and salt to remove greasy stains. To do this, mix the ingredients in equal proportions, apply to greasy spots, leave for 20 minutes, brush, wipe with a damp sponge, comb the fur, place it under a canopy to dry.

Clean light fur that has become yellowish or grayish with hydrogen peroxide. To do this, moisten the sponge with 3% peroxide, wipe the fur several times, comb the fur with a brush, place it under a canopy to dry.

Store beaver fur products in canvas or raincoat bags. Never use cellophane bags or fasten tightly, as the fur must have air access during storage.
