Comb
Many neglect the fact that the comb must be cleaned every day of hair and the remnants of styling products, as well as washed with soap or shampoo several times a week. But even with these rules, the comb should not be used for more than 6 months. If the comb is made of wood, then no more than 3 months. During this period, the teeth are damaged and injure the hair, making them more brittle and dull.
Makeup brushes
A lot of bacteria accumulate on the hands, which can get into the pores when applying makeup, causing irritation. So they must be disinfected at least once a week, thoroughly dried, and changed once a month.
Toothbrush
The first signs that it is time to send the brush into the bin - deformed bristles. And the problem here is not at all in the aesthetics and appearance of the subject. Curved bristles can injure gums, and cracks in them can accumulate bacteria. But even the ideal brush should be changed three months after the start of use.
Washcloth
Sponges for a shower are subject to replacement once a month, but washcloths made of any materials last longer - 3-5 months. With regular disinfection and proper use, you can use them for six months. Care is quite simple: sponges and washcloths must be thoroughly washed before and after use, eliminating dirt and soap. It is advisable to dry in a suspended form, without contact with the surface of the bath or shelves.
Slippers
But almost everyone neglects this moment. Home slippers using fabric materials need to be changed after six months. The fact is that sweat and dirt accumulate in the fabric even when it is regularly cleaned. With prolonged contact of the legs with such tissue, an unpleasant odor and nail fungus appear.
Linens
Sweat, dust and dead skin cells accumulate on sheets and a pillow. Not a very nice set, and not very healthy. So you need to change your clothes at least once a week.
Bath towels
As a rule, bath towels are very dense and large, so they do not dry well at room temperature. After use, they must be hung on a special dryer, carefully straightening all the folds. They need to be changed at least once a week. As for towels for face and hands - change them every 3-4 days. Many housewives have replaced hand towels with disposable ones.
Kitchen towels
Everything that comes into contact with food should be as clean as possible. So towels for the kitchen need to be washed every 2-3 days. Cloths need to be washed or disinfected every day.
