After 2 hours, drain the water, cool the substrate to room temperature, transfer to a plastic bag, tie it with a rope, make cuts with a clean knife. With clean hands, put the mycelium.

For 1 kg. the substrate will need from 100 to 200 g. mycelium.

We take tape and glue all these holes, and leave the substrate in a warm place at a temperature of 18-22 degrees for 3 weeks.

When it is overgrown with mycelium, we place it in a cold room at a temperature of 12-15 degrees with a humidity of 75 to 90%. After 10 days, we make incisions in places where the first rudiments of mushrooms appear on the block, and put again in a cool place.
