Often, especially in the heat, various unpleasant odors come from shoes. How to get rid of them?
The smell of sweat
Just rinse your shoes in soapy water or regular powder. If the situation has not changed, brew several bags of green tea, put in your shoes, wait 20 minutes, then rinse with clean water and let dry. Another way - you need to fill in shoes with starch or powder for children. After a few hours, remove the substance from the shoe and rinse it with ordinary powder.
Characteristic odor of the skin (artificial leather)
To get rid of this smell, pour salt or soda into the shoes (for black shoes, you can use crushed activated carbon). Leave your shoes overnight on the balcony; in the morning, clean your shoes with a vacuum cleaner.
The smell of mold and dampness
Remove the insoles from the shoes, take a piece of cotton cloth (the size of the insole) soaked in vinegar, put in the shoes for a few minutes, then wash the shoes in soapy water and dry. Do not use old insoles - get new ones. Ground coffee will also come to the rescue: put it in your shoes for 8 hours, then clean it with a vacuum cleaner.
If the cat marked the slippers
First, wash the shoes with a dishwashing detergent, then dip a small towel into the vodka, squeeze it carefully and put it into the shoes. After 20 minutes, remove the fabric, moisten it again with vodka and repeat the procedure. The smell of urine should disappear.
