For sowing, you need to choose high-quality seeds, it is preferable to purchase them in specialized stores and choose better early varieties. Be sure to look at the packaging for the date of receipt and the expiration date of the seeds - after its completion, there will be practically no germination. Before sowing, seeds need to be soaked - for this, wrap them in a wet cloth and leave for two days.

Ideally, for sowing, it is better to use garden soil, it can be left in the autumn, and then mixed with special soil for indoor plants. If this is not possible, use only purchased soil. The boxes must be large enough so that there is freedom to the roots, otherwise the dill will turn yellow.

For sowing, pour the earth into a box, level it and make grooves about 1 cm deep. The ground or soil should be slightly moistened, the seeds should be sown sufficiently densely. After sowing seeds on an improvised bed, sprinkle grooves on top, cover the box with plastic wrap and leave it for a week in a dark place. Then water the crops as needed - once every 2-3 days, you can also use fertilizers for feeding.
