Menstruation is a normal occurrence in the life of any healthy woman. However, in some cases, menstruation can cause a lot of trouble: during sleep, blood can stain bedding, and during the day - leave a bloody mark on trousers, a dress, a skirt. To erase such spots is quite simple. The main thing is that the blood is not old.

Fresh menstrual blood on the bed or clothes

If blood has appeared on a sheet, blanket or, for example, clothing, it will not be difficult to remove it - just soak the product in cold water and then rinse it thoroughly (several times).

Many women who have found such a nuisance at work or on the road try to remove the blood stain without soaking their clothes in the water completely. This is a good enough option if you can remove a thing or twist it in such a way as to reach a spot. Dry the fabric with an ordinary paper towel or with an electric hand dryer.

In no case, at the same time, do not use warm or hot water - it will significantly complicate the washing process and, as it were, impurities in the fabric fibers. Remember that after soaking in hot water, you can remove the blood stain from the clothes only with a special and very powerful bleach.

Old blood stains

Removing old stains from menstruation from clothes or bedding is not as easy as in the case of fresh blood. Therefore, try to prevent the drying of blood. If, for example, you rush to work in the morning and do not have time to wash the sheet on which the blood stain remains, at least just soak it in the basin with cold water until evening, and even better, fill the bathroom and leave the product in it. When you return home, you will be pleasantly surprised - the blood will either disappear completely, or will be removed with minimal effort.

But, nevertheless, if you did not have time to immediately get rid of the bloody stain on clothes or bedding, do not despair. The following method will help you solve this problem:

1. Rinse the product thoroughly with blood under cold running water. This, of course, will not give an instant result, but will allow you to prepare the fabric for further washing.

2. Treat the blood stain with ordinary household soap, which is considered the most effective means for removing menstrual blood. Leave the thing processed with soap for several hours or all night if there is time.

3. At the end, wash the product - a blood stain is guaranteed to disappear.

Of course, when storing things with blood stains for too long, more powerful tools may be required.
