As a rule, the maintenance of a collective television antenna is inexpensive, but at the scale of a year or several years, the amount does not seem small, and you don’t want to give it to the provider of unnecessary service. Take some time and unplug the collective antenna.

Find out the name, address and telephone number of the organization servicing the antenna from the management company or ERC.

Pay your existing collective antenna service debts. If you are used to paying utility bills and other services via the Internet, you have to step back from the rule once. It is advisable to pay through a bank, post office, or the company serving the antenna itself, since you will need a paper document.

Take a certificate in the ERC about the absence of debts for paying for the maintenance of the collective antenna. Perhaps such a certificate will not be needed if the last paid receipt is sufficient for the service organization. In addition, sometimes the collective antenna is paid as part of the total utility bill. In this case, pay this bill to present it as evidence of paying off the antenna maintenance debt.

Next, contact the organization servicing the television antenna with a statement on termination of the contract and disconnection of the subscriber point. Provide documents on the payment of debts and get a certificate from the service company about disconnecting your apartment or house from the collective antenna.

Depending on the order established in the organization, you may have to do the following: call the service provider company and leave a request to disconnect the television antenna. Within a certain time, the wizard will come, disconnect the subscriber point and issue the corresponding document.

Pass the received certificate to your management company or ERC, where you should no longer be charged for the maintenance of the collective antenna.
