Instruction manual

1

Before starting work, it is necessary to remove all grease and dirt from the kitchen facades. The surface can be washed with soapy water and wait for it to dry completely. Then the whole tree must be treated with sandpaper so that the paint lays evenly. Chips, bumps, holes are overwritten with wood putty. Be sure to remove all the fittings and put it in a special box, and the glass surfaces are closed with masking tape.

2

When the surface is prepared for painting, it is worth determining the color and material. If the wooden facade has the original light color, then you can easily preserve the structure of the tree, repainting everything in a darker shade using a decorative and protective composition. The composition of Belinka, Pinoteks and Aquateks is excellent for this purpose. They not only preserve the pattern of the tree, but also give it a new and noble color. The decorative and protective composition is applied only with a brush with mixed bristles.

3

For repainting the light facade of the kitchen, a water-based stain or tinted varnish is suitable. The latter will give the surface gloss and water-repellent properties. It is better to choose a water-based varnish so that it does not contain a solvent. Varnishes and stains are also applied with a brush, which can significantly save composition and improve the quality of work.

4

If the furniture is originally painted in a dark shade, then the decorative composition will not help here. The only way out is to use a water-based paint, which will make it possible to give the kitchen facade any, even the lightest color, but will completely paint over the wood structure.

5

Before using water-based paint, all facades must be primed 1-2 times. This will not allow the paint to soak into the tree, it will lie flat. Water-based compositions are pre-tinted in the required shade, this can be done independently using color pastes or order a color in a hardware store. The second option is preferable, because then it will be possible to achieve the same color, if necessary.

6

Water-based paint must be applied with a roller, which is made of velor. The first layer of the composition dries for about 2 hours, then the second is applied. For wooden kitchen facades, you need to choose only washable water-based paints: Euro 20, Dali for the bathroom and kitchen, Belinka, Dulex. They withstand not only intensive washing, but also the use of various cleaning products.
