Any dishes are suitable for seedlings. It can be pots, containers or boxes. The main condition is the presence of a hole for the drain of excess water, which can cause rotting of the roots. The soil for seedlings of pepper can be purchased or prepared independently. To do this, you need one part of compost or turf land, a part of sand and two parts of humus. It will also be useful to add half a liter of ash to a bucket of such soil mix. If such a recipe seems unnecessarily complicated to you, the usual turfy land with a sand admixture will be quite enough. Even if you purchased soil in a trusted store, you should play it safe and disinfect it. This can be done by calcining, heating or impregnating the soil with a weak pink solution of potassium permanganate.
