Traces of cosmetics often remain on women's clothing, which is sometimes not so easy to clean. The lip gloss stains themselves are quite oily and are often so persistent that even washing does not help. However, it is quite possible to withdraw them using some means.

  • - soap;

  • - ammonia;

  • - acetone.

Instruction manual

1

Try to start with a good powder or Vanish. Soak the stained area in it and leave it for a couple of hours, and then wash it well. You can drip the dish detergent that you use on the stain for 15 minutes, then rinse with water.

2

Place a piece of fabric on a paper towel down with a stain and wipe it with a cotton pad, which is moistened with gasoline or alcohol. In doing so, often change the paper on which the fabric rests. Then soak the cleaned area of the fabric and wash. To remove stains from shine, it is better to use salicylic alcohol. Wipe the cloth thoroughly with it and then wash with laundry soap.

3

Look for cosmetics stain removers in hardware stores. As a rule, such products are made on the basis of laundry soap and bile wool and various solvents that do not spoil the fabric, although store solvents are risky to remove such stains on expensive silk or satin.

4

If the fabric cannot be washed, then traces of gloss or lipstick can be removed using a mixture of ether and turpentine in equal proportions. Wet the stained fabric several times until the stain turns pale. After that, attach blotting paper to the fabric on both sides, sprinkle with talcum powder and iron well until the grease stains completely.

5

Hang a white cloth with a stain over any dish, sprinkle a stain with a brown stain, and pour 3% hydrogen peroxide on top. After the gloss stain has completely disappeared, rinse the area thoroughly.

6

On clothes from jersey, you can remove the stain from the shine by treating the stained area with gruel from talc and gasoline (gruel should be thick). After this, the stain should be wiped with hot glycerin and washed with warm water and soap. A mixture of hydrogen peroxide and ammonia, which is diluted in a 1: 1 ratio, cleans this type of stain well. You can also try to get rid of the stain with acetone.
