Traces of glue can be removed in various ways, but when choosing a method, the type of surface to be cleaned, the degree of contamination and the delicacy of the material must be taken into account.

Remove traces of glue from suede with gasoline, acetone, nail polish remover or 5% ammonia. To do this, soak with any of the above means a soft dry cloth and wipe the stain with it.

Buy a special glue-dissolving gel in a hardware store. It is enough to apply a few centimeters of such a gel on the glue stain, as it disappears.

Rinse PVA glue with warm water, then wash the soiled area of the material in a soap solution. This glue is also well rubbed with a rag dipped in vinegar or vodka.

Remove superglue from clothing with acetone. Wipe the problem area with a cloth moistened with acetone, rinse it with water. If the fabric is delicate and you are afraid to ruin it, just wash the area with a stain in acidified hot water (1 tbsp. 9% vinegar in a glass of water).

To remove the wood glue stain while it is fresh, soak the item in cold water for 5 hours. Then wash the product in hot water. To remove old stains of wood glue, soak them with warm water for a while until they soften, then clean off the glue, rinse the cloth in warm water and rub with a sponge.

If traces of stationery glue appear on your clothes, just wash the product in cold water.

Remove traces or stains from rubber glue with "Minute" paste. Lubricate problem areas, leave for 5-7 minutes. Wash a thing.

To remove a stain of casein glue, soak it with warm glycerin, rinse with cold water after two hours. Traces of casein glue from jeans can be removed with gasoline, and then just wash clothes.

Get rid of traces of rubber glue by wiping the right place with a swab dipped in gasoline. Then blot it with a sponge, dry, sprinkle with talcum powder.

Get rid of traces of clerical glue on clothes by resorting to washing in a hot soapy solution with 1 teaspoon of baking soda diluted in it.
