Increasingly, people are choosing healthy foods, clean water and natural cosmetics. Also, many are thinking about replacing toxic household chemicals with safe analogues. However, since Soviet times, there has been a universal cleaning product that has only laundry soap and soda in its composition - affordable and safe components that are in every home.
You will need
- - 1/4 piece of laundry soap;
- - 5 tablespoons of soda;
- - 1.5 liters of water;
- - a large pan.

Soap must be rubbed on the smallest grater to the state of the powder. In this case, it will dissolve faster and the gel will turn out to be more liquid. Also in the future, this will help to avoid delamination of the finished composition.

Soap is added to cold water and brought to a boil. Then the fire should be reduced to a minimum. Water should not boil too much, otherwise the mixture may turn out to be too thick. Adding water in the process is not recommended.

The composition boils for about 20 minutes. In order for the soap to completely disperse and not stick to the walls of the pan, the contents must be periodically mixed. If the soap is grated coarsely, the cooking time is increased to 40 minutes.

After the solution becomes homogeneous, soda is added to it. The prepared mixture should be allowed to cool completely, and then pour into a suitable container. The result is not only an excellent gel for washing dishes and cleaning, but also a washing powder. This natural laundry detergent is well suited for children's underwear and clothing.

Soda should be poured into the soap gently one spoon each, since when mixing these ingredients, a chemical reaction and severe foaming occur. Although, if something suddenly spills, there will be an opportunity to make sure that the gel perfectly launders the stove and work surfaces.
