Instruction manual

1

First you need to turn off the electricity in the house. Check that there is no voltage with the indicator. Remember that even professional electricians believe that any wire is energized until they themselves are convinced of the opposite. After turning off the power, remove the old installation box for the outlet, and then dispose of the old wire. Pull the wire to the junction box, which then open. Do not forget to leave a supply of wiring in the junction box itself and in the new location of the outlet.

2

Carefully inspect the junction box itself. If all connections are made by welding, carefully remove it with pliers. If at the end you notice a small aluminum cylinder that indicates a crimped connection, look for a supply of wiring that is useful for a new connection. If there is no supply of wire, carefully cut the aluminum cylinder with a file. In the event that you find a supply of wiring, remove this cylinder with the same pliers. If the old connection is made by normal twisting, carefully unwind the wires.

3

Then take a new wire and lay it along the old gate from the junction box to the place of the new location of the outlet, if it differs from the old only in height. Use a puncher and make a new strobe if the old one does not suit you. Coat the remaining unused furrows with the necessary material at your discretion. When connecting a new wire, do not forget that you can never twist a new wiring with an old one. As a result of strong heating of the connected wires, the insulation at the point of twisting can melt, contact burning is also possible. In this case, an electric shock can be obtained from the wall.

4

Insert the new wires into the outlet itself. At this point, be careful and carefully distribute the wires. Try to ensure that the wires do not touch each other. If there is a wire hole in the new outlet, insert the wire into this hole before installation. On the modern market, sockets are presented that greatly simplify the process of connecting wires. They use special spring clips. To install the wire into the outlet, you need to insert a stripped wire into this latch.
